Staff
EMI staff are missionaries in the truest sense except their mission is not to directly evangelize the lost but humbly serve those that do. EMI América Latina staff have been called to leave their families, home, church, language, and culture into a new life with new relationships in Latin America with the goal of providing services that are culturally sensitive and relevant. EMI staff receives no salary but live on the provision that God provides through the support of family and friends.
EMI staff are professionals who have been on a few EMI project trips, understand the ministry of EMI, developed relationships with EMI personnel, and sense God’s leading to work with EMI.
